Accounts Executive

Company Profile We are a growing company in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry with several outlets across Singapore. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a responsible and proactive team player to join our team and support our business operations. Job Responsibilities Handle month-end closing for multiple companies Manage cash flow and perform bank reconciliations Handle accounts payable and receivable, or full set of accounts Prepare financial statements Assist in audit schedules and liaise with auditors Prepare and submit GST reports Communicate with banks and other external parties Provide general administrative support Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned Job Requirements Diploma or higher in Accounting or related field Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience Proficient in Microsoft Excel, other Microsoft office and AutoCount Accounting software. Able to multitask and work independently with initiative Good communication and interpersonal skills A team player with a positive and “can-do” attitude
