Accounts Assistant

JobResponsibilities Handle month-end closing for multiple companies Manage cash flow and perform bank reconciliations Handle accounts payable and receivable, or full set of accounts Prepare financial statements Assist in audit schedules and liaise with auditors Prepare and submit GST reports Communicate with banks and other external parties Provide general administrative support Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned JobRequirements Diploma or higher in Accounting or related field Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience Proficient in Microsoft Excel, other Microsoft office and AutoCount Accounting software. Able to multitask and work independently with initiative Good communication and interpersonal skills A team player with a positive and “can-do” attitude
