Job Summary As a Strategy and Business Planning Officer at BDO Singapore, you will drive growth and development by collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting the Chief Executive in defining and executing strategic business initiatives. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and increase market penetration Collaborate with Wealth, Institutional Banking Group, Retail Branch, Treasury, Operations, Compliance, and Risk teams to align and execute strategic objectives Conduct data-driven analyses to support business decision-making and optimize resource allocation Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing business strategies and recommend actionable improvements Prepare detailed business plans and presentations to clearly communicate strategies and initiatives to senior management and stakeholders Assist the Chief Executive in producing and distributing internal and external communications, including written memos, emails, PowerPoint presentations, talking points, and on-camera scripts Plan and coordinate events targeting Private Banking and Institutional/Corporate Banking clients to strengthen client relationships and business opportunities
