Be Kind SG is a young registered IPC charity supporting persons with disabilities. The Programme Executive will help to oversee , plan, direct and/or coordinate activities or community outreach programmes for our beneficiaries - families with children and youths with special needs and persons with disabilities living in welfare homes. He/She may be required to required to recruit, coach and direct activities of our volunteers and build and establish effective working relationship with stakeholders and partners. What you’ll do: Plan, organise, coordinate and set up programmes and activities for our beneficiaries thatare tailored to different age groups, abilities, and interests, promoting inclusion and participation. Evaluate and monitor programmes’ effectiveness to ensure that they are of appropriate quality and resources are used effectively. Gather feedback and make adjustments to improve programme quality and impact. Conduct needs assessments with our beneficiaries and partners as required. Conduct outreach to potential partners and community groups to explore collaborations and partnerships. Develop volunteer recruitment strategies, conduct training sessions, create and execute volunteer engagement strategies, and maintain volunteers’ database. Manage grant administration processes to ensure efficient flow of funding and smooth programme implementation. Provide administrative and logistical support to organisations, volunteers and partners as needed to execute the programme or activity. Prepare and maintain detailed records and reports such as budgets, feedback, attendance, training documents relating to the programs or activities to support future planning and reporting. Prepare reports, dashboards, statistics and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders. Support the development and execution of publicity/communication plans and collaterals. Perform any other duties, as and when assigned by the Executive Director. Education /Experience Recognised degree in any field; or diploma graduates with at least 1 year of relevant experience in events/programmes planning and execution, partnership development, volunteer management, or equivalent. Experience in programme coordination within the disability sector, partnership development, or volunteer management is an advantage. Degree graduates with a passion for supporting individuals with special needs are welcome to apply; no prior experience is required for degree holders. This position is open to Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents. Key Skills / Competencies Adept at building relationship with stakeholders and partners, able to foster trust and rapport with diverse communities, including individuals and families with children with special needs, volunteers, colleagues, and representatives from grassroots, corporations, and institutions. Able to represent the organisation well when reaching out to volunteers and partners. Self-starter, able to work independently to deliver the required outcomes while being an excellent team player. Meticulous and pro-active with strong administration, organizational and time and project management skills. Strong proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Canva. Able to adapt and use different software applications. Proficient in written and spoken English. Ability to work on weekends to oversee community programmes is required (staggered rest days or time-off-in-lieu will be provided).
