The search is on for talents to join us as Mooncake Casual Part Time to support our Mooncake Operations team from July 2026 to September 2026. The Mooncake Casual Part Time is responsible for delivering friendly and efficient service according to hotel Standard Operating Procedures in order to meet guests’ experience expectations. Mooncake Website Admin / Operator Answer incoming phone calls from guests and respond to inquiries about mooncake products, prices, promotions and availability. Assist with order amendments and cancellations. Reply guest enquiries via email in a professional and timely manner. Support retail/collection booth when needed. Able to work under pressure. Customer service oriented. Roadshow Assistant In charge of selling mooncake. Helping with opening and closing duties, including cashiering if required. Comfortable working in an outdoor setting. Job includes introducing and recommending mooncakes, inventory and packing. Mooncake Corporate Admin Provided administrative support to the corporate sales team. Prepared quotations, sales orders, invoices and delivery documents.
