Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans. Lead and manage skilled tradespeople, laborers, and subcontractors on site. Assign daily tasks and monitor work progress to meet project schedules and deadlines. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality workmanship and identify any issues. Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve construction-related issues. Monitor the use of materials, tools, and equipment to minimize waste and maximize productivity. Maintain accurate daily reports, work records, and site documentation. Identify potential risks and implement corrective actions to prevent delays or accidents. Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members to improve performance and maintain high work standards. Ensure all work complies with local building codes, regulations, and project specifications. Assist in planning manpower requirements and scheduling construction activities. Resolve on-site conflicts and communicate effectively with team members and clients. Support project completion by ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
