Compliance Officer – Asset Management Firm

The Role We are partnering with an established asset management firm looking to add a Compliance Officer to its Singapore team. This role offers broad exposure across regulatory engagement, advisory, and compliance monitoring within a dynamic investment environment. Responsibilities Support MAS-related regulatory matters, including filings and ongoing engagement Advise business units on regulatory requirements and related matters with the wider compliance team Assist with compliance monitoring, control testing, and periodic reviews Contribute to strengthening policies, procedures, and internal controls Support AML/KYC processes across onboarding and ongoing monitoring Engage with internal stakeholders, auditors, and external service providers Track regulatory updates and assist with implementation Requirements Approximately 2+ years compliance experience within financial services Exposure to asset management or alternatives is a plus Familiarity with MAS regulations preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a hands-on environment WT EA Personnel No R1985201 BeathChapman Pte Ltd Licence No 16S8112
