Investment Banking Analyst / Associate

Permanent headcount, based in Singapore Analyst (1-3 years exp) | Associate (3-6 years exp) Candidates must have some relevant M&A / Corporate Finance experience Responsibilities would include: Perform financial and valuation analyses using various methodologies Build detailed financial models to evaluate performance under various operating scenarios and to analyze the impacts of different capital structures and potential financing, debt capital markets or M&A transactions Regional coverage: Southeast Asia Support the preparation of presentation materials for use in client meetings, covering topics such as strategic alternatives, capital markets activity and general corporate finance Support the origination and execution of equity and debt transactions including due diligence and drafting of documents Maintain up to date knowledge on clients and targets Research and analysis of markets and industries, companies based on company information, research reports, and other information sources Coordinate efforts with deal team members across the Bank, internal and external stakeholders Profile of ideal candidate: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline 1-6 years of relevant experience in Investment banking / IBD/ Corporate Finance / M&A Ability to perform under pressure and thrive in a high intensity environment Strong work ethics and excellent learning / work attitude, independent and can perform without much supervision Detail oriented with good financial analysis skills Superior analytical aptitude, creative problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills Analytical and numerate with basic accounting and finance knowledge Data collected is strictly used for recruitment purposes only and will be treated with strictest confidence.
