Manager, Agency & Product Search (Medical Devices & Healthcare)

Our client, a leading healthcare solutions provider with a strong presence across Asia, is looking for an experienced Manager, Agency & Product Search to drive the expansion of its medical device and healthcare product portfolio in Singapore. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of business development, strategic sourcing, commercial negotiations, and product portfolio growth. In this role, you will: Identify and secure new agency and distribution partnerships with leading medical device manufacturers. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective principals across key healthcare segments. Evaluate new product opportunities that strengthen and expand the company's portfolio. Lead commercial negotiations and establish long-term strategic supplier relationships. Work closely with regional teams and cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Regulatory and Supply Chain. Conduct market assessments and develop business cases to support portfolio expansion and new market opportunities. Manage principal relationships and monitor commercial performance to drive sustainable business growth. To be shortlisted for the role, you will ideally bring: 7-10+ years of experience within the medical device or healthcare products industry. Experience in product management, strategic sourcing, business development, vendor management or commercial roles. Strong understanding of medical consumables, healthcare products or medical devices. Proven success negotiating with manufacturers, suppliers or distribution partners. Experience developing new business opportunities and managing strategic partnerships. Strong commercial acumen with excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. Knowledge of regulatory and quality requirements within the medical device industry would be advantageous.
