About the Role We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations through machine troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, equipment optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring equipment reliability, production efficiency, product quality, and operational excellence. Work Schedule Permanent position 12-hour night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Shift pattern: 3/4/4/3 What You'll Be Doing Perform preventive maintenance activities including cleaning, servicing, and replacement of machine components Troubleshoot and resolve machine, tooling, and equipment issues to minimize downtime Maintain equipment performance to achieve production, quality, and waste reduction targets Carry out machine setup, tool/die changes, and product changeovers Support machine enhancements, process improvements, and engineering projects Update & maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to improve equipment reliability Assist with Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives alongside Engineers and Subject Matter Experts Train and coach technicians and new team members on machine operations and troubleshooting techniques Maintain a strong focus on workplace safety, quality, and operational excellence What We're Looking For NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline 2–5 years of experience in machine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance within a manufacturing environment Strong mechanical maintenance and equipment repair skills Experience working with automated machinery or production equipment is an advantage A proactive problem-solver with strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse cultures and functions Comfortable working permanent night shift.
