Job Description & Requirements Job Title: Senior Project Specialist, Operations Working Location: Megahub, 51 Alps Avenue, Singapore Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:45 PM Salary Range: $4,550 - $6,260 Job Description The Senior Project Specialist, Operations is responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives that support operational readiness, scalability and continuous improvement. The role focuses on managing improvement projects, system changes and operational transformation initiatives while coordinating stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Manage NPI, system changes and continuous improvement projects. Lead special projects, PDD/DPD initiatives and operational transformation activities. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved. Support customer engagement activities and governance reporting. Track project progress, risks and deliverables to ensure timely completion. Support operational readiness and process improvement initiatives. Prepare project updates and reports for stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful implementation. Requirements: Proven experience in project management within operations or supply chain environments. Experience managing improvement projects, system changes or operational transformation initiatives. Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills. Good project management and problem-solving abilities. Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
