Manage Fleet of heavy vehicles activities to fulfill customers’ delivery requirement Plan and allocation/deployment of drivers and vehicles and update Transport System. Strategically deploy drivers, ensuring optimal roster arrangements and transport utilization Manage and review schedules & routing to ensure drivers to meet daily jobs with accordance to customer’s requirement Any other ad oc duties assigned by manager safety policies, procedures, and regulations Generate weekly/monthly reports on drivers/contractors’ performance Trouble shoot any issue during delivery team bring up facing any difficulties Any other ad hoc duties assigned by manager
