Company Overview We are a construction company recruiting for Quantity Surveyors to support multiple projects with procurement, budgeting, and project completion. Job Summary Support construction projects by managing procurement, budgeting, contract documentation, and collaborating with project managers to ensure timely completion within budget. Responsibilities Manage procurement processes for assigned construction projects, including tender preparation and follow-up to secure necessary materials and services Prepare and forecast costs for materials by creating purchase orders, price estimates, and budgets to control project expenses Develop tender documents, contracts, bills of quantities, and other essential project documentation to support project execution Collaborate with the Project Manager to process progress payments and issue payment certificates accurately and timely Assist in project handover activities to ensure smooth completion and transition of construction projects Work independently with confidence to meet project deadlines and financial targets
