KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage and grow Betime's eCommerce marketplace storesacross TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada in Singapore and Malaysia, ensuringstrong GMV performance, healthy ROAS, and brand-consistent storefrontpresentation for all 13+ brands. • Execute end-to-end campaign planning and deploymentacross marketplace platforms — including mega sales (11.11, 12.12, Payday),brand launches, seasonal activations, and flash deals — in coordination withBrand Managers. • Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan andexecute TikTok Shop content strategy; coordinate closely with KOL/affiliatecreators, livestream hosts, and content partners to drive sales-orientedcontent. • Operate TikTok Shop Seller Centre and Shopee/Lazada SellerCentres with full ownership — product listings, pricing, bundles, vouchers,flash deals, ads, and affiliate commission plan setup (Target Plans, OpenPlans, Shop Plans). • Build and maintain working relationships withplatform Key Account Managers (KAMs); proactively secure campaign slots, extraexposure, co-funded vouchers, and push notifications for key campaigns.• Contribute to platform Joint Business Plan (JBP) discussions alongsidethe Head of Marketing; track and monitor agreed KPIs and flag deviationsproactively. • Work cross-functionally with Brand Managers (Uriage,Nuxe, Topicrem, SVR, Neogence, Refa, Haan, Koli, Winona, Hairburst, Phyto,NVII) to gather campaign assets, captions, and promotional materials for timelymarketplace deployment. • Manage and brief content creators, affiliatepartners, and livestream hosts; provide clear performance briefs andpost-campaign feedback to drive continuous improvement. • Own the eCommerce budget tracker for assignedcampaigns and channels; ensure spending stays within allocated budgets and flagvariances to the Head of eCommerce. • Maintain accurate product catalogues, pricingparity, and inventory availability across all active marketplaces; coordinatewith demand planners to ensure sufficient stock for campaign peaks. • Conduct weekly performance tracking across allassigned stores — traffic, GMV, conversion rate, ROAS, basket size — andcompile regular performance reports with insights and recommendations. • Monitor competitor activity across key beauty anddermocosmetic brands on TikTok Shop and Shopee; provide timely competitivebenchmarking to the team. • Ensure all marketplace storefronts comply with brandguidelines — store design, product imagery, promotional messaging, and CX/UXquality. DAY-TO-DAY ACTIVITIES • Monitor daily TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazadadashboards; flag anomalies in traffic, sales, ROAS, or stock levels and actswiftly. • Update platform product pages with campaign banners,bundle offers, and promotional pricing as briefed by Brand Managers. • Coordinate with creators and affiliates on contentposting schedules; confirm live streams are correctly set up and tracked. • Process voucher claims, co-fund requests, andplatform mechanics; follow up on listing issues, logistics delays, or sellercentre escalations with KAMs. • Pull weekly GMV, ROAS, and conversion rate reports;prepare performance summaries and insights for the Head of Marketing. • Liaise with the warehouse/logistics team to confirmstock allocation and marketplace fulfilment is on schedule. • Attend platform briefings and webinars to staycurrent on new features — TikTok Shop LIVE tools, Shopee Ads updates, Lazadacampaign mechanics. • Support new SKU or brand launches — set up listings,configure launch mechanics, and coordinate creator/affiliate briefings acrossplatforms. • Respond to or escalate platform customer queries,returns, and complaints in line with brand and company policies. • Assist the Head of eCommerce in preparing QBRmaterials and monthly eCommerce performance decks.
