Job Summary Provide professional body massage, Tuina therapy, wellness treatments, and relaxation care while collaborating with TCM physicians and clinic staff to enhance patient care and service quality in a clean, comfortable treatment environment. Responsibilities Provide professional body massage, Tuina therapy, wellness treatments, and relaxation care to clients Collaborate closely with TCM physicians and clinic staff to support patient care and improve the overall service experience Maintain a clean, hygienic, comfortable, and well-prepared treatment environment before and after each session Deliver friendly, attentive, and professional customer service throughout the treatment journey to ensure client satisfaction Support daily clinic operations as needed to maintain smooth workflow and service delivery Preferred competencies and qualifications Relevant certification such as ITEC, WSQ, Tuina qualification, or equivalent is preferred Experience in massage, Tuina, wellness, TCM clinic, or healthcare services is preferred Experience with scalp spa, head massage, or scalp wellness is highly preferred and may lead to earlier interview consideration Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin with strong interpersonal and communication skills is preferred Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift hours is preferred Responsible, patient-oriented, detail-minded, and eager to learn and grow professionally Other Information Benefits 员工福利 Attractive basic salary with incentive and commission scheme Friendly, supportive, and professional working environment Clear career development and growth opportunities Training and guidance will be provided for suitable candidates Application 申请方式 Interested candidates are welcome to contact us for more details.
