E-Commerce & Operations Executive

Roles and Responsibilities As an E-Commerce & Operations Executive, you'll play a key role in growing Slurpy Bear (B2C brand). You will be managing daily e-commerceoperations, inventory and procurement to ensure smooth business operations and customer experience. Your adventures: 1. E-Commerce Operations Manage and maintain daily operations across e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. Process and monitor online orders, returns, refunds, and customer enquiries. Plan and execute online promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal sales activities. Liaise with platform account managers and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations. Support order fulfilment &all other e-commerce operational activities. 2. Inventory &Procurement Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment. Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely ordering and delivery of goods. Support stock take exercises and maintain inventory accuracy. Assist with warehouse operations and inventory. Skills & Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain or related field. Experience with e-commerce marketplace platforms such as Shopee is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis. Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Hands-on and willing to support operational activities when required.
