Admin Sales Executive Key Responsibilities: Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery documents. Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, and orders. Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth deliveries. Maintain customer records, price lists, and sales reports. Support the sales team with administrative work and customer service. Manage WhatsApp, email, and phone enquiries. Assist in inventory coordination and order planning. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports. Perform general administrative duties assigned by management. Preferred Skills: Good communication and customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. Experience with accounting or ERP software is an advantage. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Tech-savvy & willing to learn new software & AI tools. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys supporting sales operations while ensuring orders and customer communications are handled efficiently. North ( Woodland District )
