Operations Assistant

About The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day warehouse operations for our brands. This role involves handling stock management, order fulfillment, quality checks, and ensuring smooth logistics processes to meet customer demands. Key Responsibilities: Assist in daily warehouse operations including receiving, unpacking, and organizing K-Beauty products Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records Inspect products for quality and ensure items are properly labeled and stored Coordinate with suppliers and delivery partners to ensure timely deliveries and shipments Assist in restocking shelves and replenishing inventory in the warehouse Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area Support administrative tasks related to operations Requirements: Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations roles preferred Knowledge or interest in Beauty products is an advantage Good organizational and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Physically fit to handle warehouse duties, including lifting boxes Basic computer skills for inventory and order management What We Offer: · Competitive salary and performance bonuses. · Employee discounts · Flexible work environment. · Career growth opportunities in a fast-growing beauty company.
