Administrative Assistant [Up to $3,340 per month | 12-Months Contract] Job Details / Package Salary: SGD 2,170 to SGD 3,340 per month Contract Duration: September 2026 to September 2027 (12 months) Nearest MRT: Novena MRT Work Arrangement: Office-based. Work-from-home arrangements may be considered where applicable. Working Hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30am – 5.30pm (Friday) Key Responsibilities Conduct phone interviews and follow-up calls to gather information and confirm appointments. Prepare, check, fold, and arrange official letters for timely mailing. Maintain accurate records by uploading documents, updating case notes, and performing data entry. Review case information and compile listings or reports when required. Update records using internal systems and Microsoft Excel. Respond to general administrative enquiries via email. Assist with sorting incoming mail and handling daily administrative tasks. Provide administrative support during scheduled hearings, including travelling to an alternative work site when required. Requirements / Preferred Qualifications At least 1 year of administrative or office support experience. Able to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking individuals. Proficiency in Chinese dialects will be an advantage. Comfortable handling phone calls and communicating with members of the public professionally. Good attention to detail with accurate data entry skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel. Able to work independently while managing multiple administrative tasks and deadlines.
