Marketing Executive [Up to $3,340 per month |Government] Job Details Contract Duration: 12 months Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 6:00pm | Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm Nearest MRT: Jurong East MRT Station Salary: $2,760 (Diploma) – $3,340 (Degree) per month Start Date: September 2026 We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative individual to support customer experience initiatives, communication campaigns, research activities, and service improvement projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on initiatives that involve developing engaging communications, gathering customer insights, supporting workshops, and improving service experiences through research and feedback analysis. Key Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of service campaigns, including developing communication materials, coordinating activations, and assisting with workshops. Work with internal teams and external vendors to provide design direction for campaign collaterals and communication materials. Support customer feedback collection activities, including survey coordination, data collation, and consolidation of findings. Assist with research activities by analysing feedback, identifying key themes, and preparing summaries or presentations on customer experience insights. Provide administrative and coordination support for meetings, forums, and service improvement discussions, including scheduling, preparing materials, tracking action items, and documenting key decisions. Support quality evaluation activities, including reviewing AI-generated outputs for accuracy, tone, and alignment with guidelines. Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other project documentation. Requirements / Preferred Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Social Sciences, Customer Experience, or related fields. At least 1 year of relevant experience in communications, marketing campaigns, customer experience, research support, or project coordination. Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple timelines. Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear emails, summaries, meeting notes, and communication materials. Comfortable working with customer feedback, survey data, and research inputs, including basic analysis and insights consolidation. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with digital design tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or CapCut is preferred. Experience or interest in service design, design thinking, workshop facilitation, or service improvement initiatives will be advantageous. Familiarity with AI tools for drafting, research, data analysis, or productivity enhancement will be an added advantage. Portfolio Requirement Candidates are encouraged to provide a portfolio showcasing 2–3 relevant work samples, including: A communication or campaign-related project with visual design elements (e.g. newsletters, posters, illustrations, or video content). A research, data analysis, or insights-related project demonstrating analytical and synthesis skills.
