We’re hiring an Admin Executive to assist in managing administrative tasks and support project operations. 📍 Nearest MRT : Little India/ Rochor 🕘 Working Hours : 8.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30am - 5.30pm (Friday) 💰 Salary : Up to $4000/Month (Depending on experience) 📅 Start Date : Immediate What You’ll Be Doing: A) Administrative Support Provide administrative assistance for the planning and management of onsite audits for overseas organizations. Assist in managing applications submitted through the system. Support administrative tasks related to the management of a recognition framework, ensuring preparation for policy implementation. Maintain project documentation, filing systems, and databases to ensure accurate record-keeping and easy access to information. Coordinate meeting schedules, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes for unit activities and stakeholder engagements. Handle correspondence, including drafting letters, emails, and reports for internal and external communication. B) Event and Programme Support Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings and international delegations. Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports to support decision-making processes. Requirements: Minimum Diploma holder . Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in administrative or project support roles. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Prior experience in event coordination and managing stakeholder relationships is preferred. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and pay attention to detail. A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
