About this role

The role supports case management and administrative operations by ensuring the accurate processing, tracking, and maintenance of case-related information and documentation. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth case progression and timely resolution of matters. Key Responsibilities: Diploma holders. Support the management and processing of assigned cases through the review, analysis, monitoring, and verification of relevant documents. Ensure case information is accurately recorded and maintained in accordance with established guidelines, procedures, and policies. Prepare case summaries, reports, notices, and general correspondence to support operational requirements. Liaise with stakeholders, including external parties and relevant agencies, to gather information and facilitate effective coordination. Compile, verify, and maintain accurate records, statistics, and reports relating to case progress and outcomes. Support the development and improvement of operational processes and systems to enhance efficiency. Provide administrative and operational support for daily functions and other duties as assigned.
