Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records, logbooks and documentation in accordance with established procedures. Support the management of assigned items, including issuance, collection, return and record updates. Assist with preparation and completion of administrative forms and operational documents. Provide support for scheduled and ad-hoc audits, including document checks and verification. Liaise with internal teams on routine administrative and operational matters. Perform other administrative duties and operational support tasks as assigned. Key Requirements: More than 2 years of experience in administrative setting. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Good written and verbal communication skills. Meticulous, organised and able to manage documentation accurately. Able to follow processes, instructions and established workflows. A team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to support different operational tasks.
