About the Role 📍 Location: Nearest MRT, (Outram Park) 🕒 Working Hours: Monday - Friday : 8.30am - 6.00pm 💰 Salary: Up to $3,000/month 🗓 Start Date: Immediate 📅 Duration: 8-month contract Summary We're looking for an Operations Executive to support a digital health programme. You'll be the operational backbone — managing participant cohorts, handling enquiries, coordinating programme logistics, and ensuring smooth day-to-day running. Key Responsibilities: Track participant enrolment, progress, and reward milestones Respond to and resolve enquiries from participants and clinical partners Coordinate logistics for programme activities and pilot touchpoints Maintain accurate records and documentation Provide first-line support for the digital platform Support basic participant communications (emails, reminders) Key Requirements: Minimum Diploma or Degree in Public Health, Business Admin, Health Sciences, Marketing, Communications or related field Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint At least 3 years in operations, project coordination, or client-facing roles Exposure to marketing and ops tools such as Canva and FormSG, etc. Interested candidates please click “Apply Now”.
