We’re hiring a Customer Service Support to follow up with respondents and ensure accurate survey data collection. If you have strong communication skills , familiarity with Microsoft Office , or prior experience in customer service , this role would be a great fit for you. 📍 Nearest MRT : One-North 🕘 Working Hours : Monday - Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm OR Monday - Thursday: 9.00am – 6.30pm, Friday: 9.00am– 6.00pm 💰 Salary: $ 2600 - $2700/Month 📅 StartDate : August 2026 What You’ll Be Doing: • Contact companies via phone or email to collect survey responses. • Handle incoming email and phone inquiries related to surveys. • Perform accurate data entry, verify submitted forms, and maintain data quality. • Follow-up with companies that have not yet submitted survey forms through calls and emails. • Track response rates, send reminders, and encourage participation from non-responsive entities. • Source company registration numbers and contact information. • Distribute survey forms via email or postal mail. • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve survey processes and operations. Requirements: • Minimum Diploma holder. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) • Quick learner with the ability to work with digital systems for tracking survey submissions and managing accounts. • Confident in communicating independently with respondents via phone and email to explain procedures and requirements. • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
