Construction Site Manager

Lead and manage day-to-day site operations to ensure smooth project execution Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on all construction activities Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and schedule Monitor project progress and address any delays or site challenges proactively Maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure compliance with quality requirements Manage site resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, efficiently Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates to management Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in building construction projects Good understanding of local construction regulations and site practices Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
