The role of the HR Executive is to support organization’s HR functions and ensure smooth day to day HR operations. The role involves managing employee records, payroll and benefits administration, leave management and compliance with company policies and employment regulations. · Manage employee leave administration, including processing and tracking of annual leave and medical leave applications. · Coordinate documentation and approval processor home leaveapplications. · Monitor and ensure daily attendance compliance, including proper clock-in and clock-out practices. · Manage and ensure accuracy of daily trip records to support operational reporting and payroll processing. · Prepare and verify salary requisitions, including processing of employee loan applications. · Process and consolidate payroll data, ensuring completeness and accuracy prior to internal review and management approval. · Coordinate with relevant departments to verify and validate employee-related deductions (e.g.damages), ensuring accuracy and proper documentation prior to payroll processing · Provide temporary support for Fishery Department operations by maintaining daily trip record sand attendance updates as required. · Handle employee relations matters, including addressing grievances and providing necessary follow-up support. · Monitor employee performance indicators such as trip completion and punctuality. · Coordinate home leave processes, including briefings and interviews. · Handle and verify required documentation, including passport and travel-related documents (e.g. 2-way boarding) · Maintain and ensure accuracy of foreign employees’ records, including residential address updates. · Monitor work passes validity and liaiseswith employees on renewal intentions. · Coordinate with relevant colleagues on work pass cancellation and renewal processes. · Ensure timely completion of mandatory medical examinations prior to work pass expiry. · Facilitate tax clearance processes and coordinate with employees on statutory tax obligations, including follow-up on outstanding payments or penalties to ensure compliance. · Oversee validity of employees’ driving licenses and passports, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with regulatory requirements. · Support payroll and HR operations as required. · Perform any other duties as assigned.
