Senior Electrical Manager (Water / Wastewater)

Job Description Concept, Functional, Preliminary and detailed design of electrical process systems for water and waste water treatment plants Concept, Functional, Preliminary and detailed design of various systems for water, wastewater and sludge treatment plants Preparation of General Arrangement and equipment layout drawings Review and evaluation of vendor submissions Coordination with other disciplines e.g. civil, structural, mechanical, building services, and instrumentation & control designers Lead meetings, discussions with clients, contractors and vendors Provide engineering support for bids & proposals Provide engineering support during construction Provide engineering support during testing and commissioning Provides project cost estimates to client Design management and project management of proposals and projects where the scope is primarily electrical Qualifications Possess a university engineering degree(electrical) recognized by Professional Engineers Board Singapore Candidate shall have about 15 years’ experience in the electrical design of wastewater treatment (municipal and industrial) Able to work independently in producing the project deliverables to meet project timeline Leads and guide a team of engineers and carries out QA/QC work on their designs Proficient in written and oral communication with good interpersonal skills
