Warehouse & Logistics Assistant

1. Warehouse Operations: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery documents. Perform proper identification, labeling, and storage of materials and finished goods. Pick, pack, and prepare products for customer deliveries, distributors, and internal requests. 2. Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts and assist with periodic stock takes. Investigate and report inventory discrepancies. Monitor inventory levels and highlight low stock items. Ensure batch/lot number and serial number traceability are accurately maintained. Monitor and report environmental conditions (temperature/humidity logs) where required for product storage. 3. Operational Support: Assist in equipment movement, packaging, and transportation arrangements. Support material issuance for production testing, service and engineering activities. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. 4. Other Information: Working Hours: 8:30am to 6:00pm Work Location: 79 Ayer Rajah Cres., #04-05, Singapore 139955. This position may be needed to working at Tuas (Warehouse) & Woodlands (Production) when is required. Job Requirements: Minimum GCE‘O’ Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 1year of warehouse or logistics experience, preferably in the medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, electronics, or manufacturing industry. Fresh graduates with relevant education background are welcome to apply. Basic knowledge of warehouse and inventory management. Basic knowledge of shipping and logistics documentation. Good understanding of FIFO inventory management principles. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Good numerical accuracy and strong attention to detail. Ability to perform the tasks with minimal supervision. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Physically fit and capable of handling warehouse loading and unloading activities safely for at least 8kg in carton boxes. Preferred: Familiarity with GMP, GDP, ISO 13485, or FDA regulations, or other regulated quality management environments. Familiarity with serial number and batch-controlled inventory systems.
