Drive company growth through new business initiatives and market expansion. 2. Sales & Business Development Lead sales teams to achieve sales and profitability targets. Develop relationships with key clients, property developers, commercial customers, and strategic partners. Oversee proposal preparation, contract negotiations, and project tender submissions. Monitor sales pipeline and conversion rates. 3. Operations Management Oversee daily operations of the interior design and project management teams. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. Review project schedules, resource allocation, and operational efficiency. Implement best practices to improve productivity and service quality. 4. Financial Management Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Monitor company profitability, cash flow, and operating expenses. Review financial reports and implement corrective actions where necessary. Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements. 5. Project Oversight Monitor all interior design and renovation projects from concept to completion.
