Training Assistant (Intern)

Training Assistant (Intern) We are hiring a Training Assistant (Intern) to deliver day-to-day duties and responsibilities for Bizlink Centre Singapore Limited. Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm Responsibilities: Assist trainers in all aspects of facilitation of training Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) and other advantaged individuals. Work with trainer to develop and conduct training programmes for PWDs and other advantaged individuals. Training, supervising, maintaining and developing the functional skills of clients in the areas of vocational, community living and social participation. Implement and monitor the Individual Training Plans for PWDs. Assist in managing and providing quality checks to the production work that PWDs work on. Assist with client or case management for PWDs. Any other duties assigned by Supervisor. Qualifications and Experience: Pursuing in Degree/Diploma in Business & Social Enterprise, Psychology, Social Work or relevant studies. Proficient in MS Office Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, with good presentation skills Able to work independently and in teams Have the patience and passion to work with disabilities and the disadvantaged group
