Job Summary You will support investment activities and business operations by conducting due diligence, market research, and preparing key documents to enable informed decision-making and capital deployment in an early-stage fund management environment. Responsibilities Conduct detailed investment due diligence by analyzing financial and market data to support board decision-making Research market trends and compile actionable insights to inform investment strategies Document and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure operational consistency and compliance Prepare fundraising materials and manage data rooms to facilitate efficient capital raising processes Collaborate with management to execute assigned tasks that contribute to business growth and operational effectiveness Preferred competencies and qualifications Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills applied in investment or financial contexts Proactive self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently in a dynamic early-stage business environment Clear and effective communication skills for preparing reports and engaging with stakeholders Prior experience in a fund setup or fund management environment is advantageous
