Interior Designer

Due to expansion, BNJN Singapore is now seeking Corporate Interior Designers of flair with attractive wages + bonus and benefit package in addition to personal career advancement. Key Responsibilities: Develop concept design, space planning, perspectives, material selections and construction drawings to the clients.· Monitoring projects from conception to completion.· Liaise with clients and vendors throughout the projects.· Coordinate with project team to assure the sites conform to design criterion and construction regulations.· Attend client meetings and conduct design presentations. · Capable of managing project assignments to be completed within the given deadline.· Coordinate with project team in harnessing creative ideas with a balanced senses of aesthetic and marketplace consideration.· Possess dynamic and proactive work attitude with a keen sense towards FF&E and be able to articulate design concept with flair. Key Requirements: · Possess a degree or diploma in Interior Design.· At least 2 - 5 years working experience in designing corporate offices. Demonstrate a strong design portfolio with proven track record of big ideas adhering to clients' guidelines and brief.· Proficient in using Sketchup, AutoCAD, Photoshop, but not limited to free-hand sketching skill as well.· Enscape rendering skills a plus Fluent in bilingual to communicate with clients and overseas associates.· Willing to travel for overseas assignments.
