Production Supervisor

Responsibilities Shift Management Supervise and coordinate production activities during the shift. Ensure proper handover between shifts to maintain continuity. Monitor staffing levels and adjust schedules to meet production demands. Operational Oversight Review production schedules and allocate resources accordingly. Ensure raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods are staged and available. Oversee equipment usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Quality & Compliance Enforce adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Conduct routine inspections and audits to ensure compliance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and waste. Team Leadership Supervise, coach, and evaluate production staff performance. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance skills. Manage employee relations, discipline, and conflict resolution. Reporting & Coordination Prepare daily production reports and performance metrics. Collaborate with engineering, customer service, and warehouse teams. Recommend improvements in production methods and workflows. Requirements Diploma in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership, communication skills and with problem-solving skills. Knowledge of safety, quality control, and lean manufacturing practices. Willingness to work flexible hours to support both shifts.
