Staff Engineer / Senior Engineer, Manufacturing Test

- Staff Engineer, Manufacturing Test Control & manage resources to maximize test equipment uptime capacity for production requirements. Modify, install & improve test systems and test procedures. Control cost & forecast budget / expenditure. Maintain documentation system. Participate in employee involvement team. Conduct regular PM on test equipment. Provide training to Test Engineering Assistant / Technician. Perform special projects. Resolve all test hardware & software issues to meet zero TPF. Develop & drive action of the test TTT for all products. Modify test software to enhance test method and supervise the work of cognizant technical personnel required to carry out assignments Degree Holders in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical and Electronic Engineering/Production Engineering/Chemical Engineering Minimum of 15 years of working experience, with 12 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing testing environment and at least 3 years in managerial/supervisory role if keen on managerial role. Independent and able to work under minimum supervision Proficient oral and written communication Skills Time Management Skills Analytical problem-solving Skills Decision making Skills Leadership skills ICT Knowledge is advantageous
