Chef De Partie (Cdp)

Responsibilities Assist the Head Chef, Sous Chef, or Junior Sous Chef during service, ensuring smooth timing and execution of dishes. Ensure the taste, texture, presentation, and portion sizes of all pastry dishes meet company standards. Uphold ingredient quality and consistency by following prescribed recipes and techniques. Take ownership of your station’s cleanliness, organization, and readiness at all times. Communicate effectively with the team regarding improvements, challenges, or needs in your section. Ensure every dish prepared and served from your station aligns with the restaurant’s high standards. What We're Looking For Minimum 3–4 years of relevant pastry/kitchen experience Strong attention to detail with a passion for high-quality food presentation A positive, motivated team player who thrives in fast-paced environments Eager to learn and grow, with a can-do attitude and strong work ethic Creative, result-driven, and committed to excellence Able to work weekends, public holidays, and split shifts as required Immediate availability is a plus!
