Calibration Technician

Job Responsibilities: Assist in setting up and daily maintenance of calibration test production lines. Support analysis and disposition of defective test units. Assist in deployment and verification of test software and firmware. Follow up verification results of line equipment, tooling & fixtures, and submit optimization requests. Assist in compiling and releasing production work instructions and process technical documents. Support resolution of R&D issues and improvement of test line throughput. Track and complete full closed-loop handling of ECR/TCN documents. Job Requirements： Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in production testing processes, with background in automotive electronics or consumer electronics manufacturing preferred. Project Competence: Able to assist engineers in analyzing product defects; prior experience supporting launch and implementation of test fixtures and test systems. Process Knowledge: Familiar with full manufacturing workflow of electronic products and product R&D development cycles. Basic Hardware Skills: Proficient in basic measuring instruments including multimeter, level gauge, colorimeter, etc. Soft Skills: Strong logical analysis and self-learning capabilities, good teamwork spirit, highly responsible. Must be willing to work rotating shifts (including night shift), weekends, public holidays and overtime after hours as required.
