Trading Assistant

Key Responsibilities: Deal Recap, CTRM Trade Entry and Support Bunker Enquiry Tracking Manage long-term contracts, Daily Vessels Compliance Checks Customer Onboarding & KYC Administrative & Ad Hoc Support Send weekly market updates to clients All other trading related duties as assigned by the Company Competencies and Skillsets Required: Meticulous, strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams Good communication skills in English and Mandarin to communicate with different stakeholders High proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint Education and Experience required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Maritime, Supply Chain or a related field 1–2 years of experience in trading related field would be advantageous Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic trading environment Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle operational issues efficiently We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
