About the Role At Bridefully Yours, we believe choosing a wedding gown is more than just a fitting — it’s a meaningful moment in a bride’s journey. As a Bridal Stylist, you will guide brides through one of the most emotional and memorable parts of their wedding planning process. Your role is to create a warm, personalised, and confidence-building experience, helping each bride find a gown that feels truly like her . What You’ll Do Conduct bridal consultations and gown fittings for clients Recommend gowns based on body shape, preferences, and wedding vision Provide styling advice (veils, accessories, overall look) Create a comfortable, supportive, and enjoyable fitting experience Build genuine relationships with brides and understand their needs Manage client appointments and follow-ups (WhatsApp, CRM systems) Maintain showroom presentation and gown condition Support sales conversion and achieve individual and team targets Collaborate with the team on cross-selling (photography, makeup, packages) What We’re Looking For Strong interest in fashion, bridal, or styling Warm, empathetic, and people-oriented personality Good sense of style and ability to visualise complete bridal looks Confident communicator Detail-oriented and organised Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment Working Hours (Important) 5-day work week Must be able to work on weekends (Saturday & Sunday are peak bridal appointment days) Rest days will be on weekdays What Success Looks Like Brides feel confident, cared for, and excited after every fitting Strong conversion from trial to booking Positive client feedback and referrals Well-maintained showroom and smooth appointment flow Why Join Us Be part of a brand that focuses on experience, not just sales Work closely with a passionate, supportive team Opportunity to grow into senior stylist or leadership roles Exposure to the full wedding ecosystem (gowns, photography, makeup)
