Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities : Develop comprehensive project plans,including scope,budget,and timeline. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors,and stakeholders. Ensure adherence to project milestones and deliverables. Create and manage project budgets,tracking expenses and cost control. Evaluate change orders and variations,ensuring financial viability. Review electrical engineering designs,specifications, and drawings. Collaborate with design consultants and contractors on technical aspects. Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and safety standards. Monitor progress, resolve issues,and address unforeseen challenges. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies. Foster a collaborative work environment and promote best practices. Ensure efficient resource allocation and productivity. Job requirement : Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum 10 years working experiences in project management within the built environment specifically in electrical work installation projects. Proficiency with CAD software and MS office. Strong written and oral communication skills. Possess good leadership qualities. Preferably with driving licence and possess own car.
