ACMV Technician / Supervisor

Company Overview The client is a SME company providing mechanical andelectrical (M&E) maintenance, facilities maintenance, and project servicesfor commercial and industrial properties in Singapore. Job Summary You will lead and execute maintenance and repair ofair-conditioning and M&E systems, ensuring operational efficiency andsafety compliance while managing a technician team and coordinating withclients and subcontractors. Responsibilities Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair faults on VRV/VRF, Multi-Split Unit, DX systems, and Chilled Water Air Side FCU to restore system functionality Perform preventative maintenance to ensure all M&E systems operate efficiently and meet operating standards Respond promptly to urgent complaints and repair requests for air-conditioning and mechanical & electrical systems Provide daily progress updates to clients to maintain transparent communication Coordinate with subcontractors to manage maintenance, repair, and project works effectively Prepare detailed service reports for client acceptance upon completion of service or repair tasks Lead and supervise a team of technicians to deliver maintenance and repair work safely and efficiently Conduct onsite risk assessments and deliver toolbox meeting briefings to ensure workplace safety Adhere strictly to company safety procedures and protocols Perform additional tasks or duties as assigned to support operational needs Required competencies and certifications Physically fit to carry heavy loads and climb ladders, ensuring safe execution of maintenance tasks Willingness to travel to different sites to perform maintenance and repair work Preferred competencies and qualifications Submission of CV including current salary, expected salary, and notice period for joining consideration Other Information Location Singapore Salary and Benefits Up to $3,500.00 per month Job Type Full-time, Permanent ---
