Job Summary Lead and manage underground civil construction projects by planning, coordinating, and monitoring site activities to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion in collaboration with engineers and subcontractors. Responsibilities Plan, implement, and monitor construction activities and progress to meet project schedules and quality standards Develop detailed schedules aligned with master and work programmes to ensure timely project delivery Collaborate with Professional Engineers on temporary works and coordinate with consultants to resolve technical issues Coordinate site activities with subcontractors to maintain workflow efficiency and safety compliance Conduct site inspections to uphold quality standards and promptly address technical challenges Required competencies and certifications Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by PE Board Registered Engineer (RE) Certificate or RTO with Valid Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in underground civil works (tunnelling) Preferred competencies and qualifications Possession of own vehicle (preferred for site mobility and coordination)
