Delivering business/Market share in collaboration with Zonal Sales teams for the year/quarter/month Salary+Sales Commission+Yearly Bonus Plan building blocks of business to deliver business in collaboration with Zonal Sales leadership. Devising, Monitoring and Reviewing all Channel Marketing activities that are channel /category/ SKU specific. All activities to be planned in sync with sales team & as guided by the Head of Channel Marketing Design Trade marketing Trade schemes / promotions for all BU to gain market shares / share in trade with positive ROIs. Ensure Tracking & Validation of competitors pricing in the geography and provide appropriate inputs | Set up a panel of stores for tracking & design automated solutions on the same. Develop talent in the team & Ret of Team by motivating & guiding them on all essential parameters. Responsible to lead development and implementation of key strategic marketing initiatives for Singapore comprising of PQ, CPC, PDA and Bussmann in order to achieve the Sales Revenue growth in Singapore year on year This position also will work very closely with the business head in identifying inorganic opportunities homogeneous to our current business and present business cases for pursuing. Executing annual marketing plan in conjunction with relevant division / product groups and preparing business plans focused on business development for a defined market. Coordinating market analyses with sales team members and defining appropriate forecasts and plans Overseeing sales execution for assigned products by providing relevant materials and guidance to sales team.
