Aerospace Technician (Fresh Grad)

Company Overview BT Airworks deals with the assembly, maintenance and repair of Unit Load Devices (containers, pellets, nets) and Galley carts and trolleys. Job Summary You will perform repairs on Unit Load Devices (ULDs) following company and aviation authority standards, manage administrative tasks accurately, report discrepancies promptly, and meet production targets to support smooth aviation operations. Responsibilities Repair Unit Load Devices (ULDs) following relevant Component Maintenance Manuals (CMM) and the company’s Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE) to ensure safety and compliance Follow all company and aviation authority regulations and procedures to maintain operational standards Complete administrative tasks accurately and submit timely reports to support maintenance tracking and compliance Identify and report discrepancies in components or processes promptly to maintain quality and safety standards Consistently meet or exceed production targets while maintaining quality standards in repairs and maintenance Perform additional repair and maintenance tasks as assigned to support operational needs Preferred competencies and qualifications Nitec in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members Other Information Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 5:30 PM) Basic Salary: $2,300 + Fixed Skill Allowance + Overtime (based on experience) Training: Provided Work Location: Changi South
