Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a meticulous, organized, and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our administrative operations - handling the crucial paperwork that keeps our sales moving. You will stay in the office to manage incoming customer requests, generate accurate quotations, and issue invoices, ensuring our frontline sales process runs seamlessly. Key Responsibilities Sales Documentation : Prepare, generate, and send accurate sales quotations and invoices based on inputs from the sales team and customer requests. Inbound Sales Support : Act as the internal point of contact for incoming customer inquiries via email or phone, routing them effectively or providing initial info. Order Processing : Track the status of open quotes, follow up on missing information, and ensure orders are processed smoothly through billing. Cross-Department Coordination : Work closely with the sales team and finance department to ensure billing accuracy and timely payment processing. Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: SGD2300-SGD2500 per month Working Hours: 9am - 6pm Work Week: 5-Day Work Week (Monday - Friday) Location: Ubi area
