We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and highly adaptable individual to join our team. This role bridges the gap between digital system management and front-facing operations, ensuring smooth system workflows, successful temple events, and excellent engagement with devotees and donors. Key Responsibilities 1. System Support& IT Coordination Support, maintain, and trouble shoot Microsoft Dynamics 365 operations and backend system workflows. Assist in system configuration, testing, and implementation of new features. Collaborate with IT and Finance teams on product creation within CRM/ERP systems and the e-commerce website. Coordinate with internal developers and external vendors to resolve website and system-technical issues. Prepare system documentation, user guides, and training materials while monitoring system performance for process improvements. Ensure data accuracy, security, and overall system integrity. 2. Event Management&Digital Operations Manage pre-event planning, including determining event details (pricing, locations, timings, programs, and schedules). Coordinate event marketing by working with graphic designers to create collaterals (flyers, posters) and checking all promotional materials for accuracy. Handle digital outreach, including email blasting, uploading documents, and updating schedules on the official website. Coordinate with volunteers regarding duties, and liaise directly with devotees/temples regarding event programs and ceremony processes. Assist with actual ceremony execution, special events, and producing necessary event printouts. Job Requirements Experience: Minimum5 years of experience in service execution, system administration, or a related field. Technical Skills: Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and proficiency in Microsoft 365 office software. Basic understanding of backend IT systems, databases, integrations, or ERP/CRM workflows. Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) and Hanyu Pinyin typing, as this is the primary language used in our temple communications with devotees. Soft Skills Proven ability to maintain accuracy and composure in a fast-paced, multi-task environment. Strong interpersonal, communication, coordination, and supervisory skills. Highly efficient execution capabilities with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Bonus Qualifications (Preferred but not required) Educational background or working experience in Information Technology (IT) . Skills or experience in graphic design, UI/UX, or multimedia marketing. Working Conditions &Flexibility Work Week: 5-day work week. Schedule: Requires a rotating weekend schedule. Must be able to work weekends, perform overtime (OT), and assist with special events beyond normal working hours when necessary. Adaptability: Must be highly flexible, willing to learn new skills, pick up different scopes beyond main duties, and cover for other staff who are on leave.
