With a growing portfolio of high-value residential, commercial, hospitality, and integrated developments, they are seeking an experienced Deputy Project Director / Project Director to lead project delivery and drive operational excellence. Responsibilities Lead the overall management and execution of large-scale mixed development projects from inception to completion. Oversee project planning, construction management, cost control, safety, quality, and project timeline delivery. Manage project teams including Project Managers, Construction Managers, Engineers, Consultants, and Subcontractors. Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, authorities, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure compliance with BCA regulations, workplace safety standards, and company quality requirements. Drive project scheduling, manpower planning, procurement strategy, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to achieve successful project outcomes. Lead tender reviews, contract administration, budgeting, and project financial performance. Provide leadership and mentorship to site teams to enhance operational efficiency and team performance. Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company during project meetings and key stakeholder engagements. Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with established main contractors in Singapore. managing large-scale mixed development, commercial, residential, hospitality, or integrated development projects.
