Precast Quantity Surveyor to support large-scale building projects involving precast construction methods. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge in cost management, and contract administration, with proven experience in managing QS activities. Responsibilities Manage all precast-related quantity surveying duties for building projects. Prepare and review precast BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and tender submissions. Evaluate and certify subcontractor progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts related to precast works. Work closely with project teams, precast suppliers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure accurate measurement and cost control. Monitor and manage precast production schedules, delivery tracking, and site utilisation to avoid discrepancies and wastage. Conduct cost analysis, market rate benchmarking, and provide support on procurement of precast elements. Assist in contract administration, including preparation of contractual documentation, commercial reports, and progress summaries. Identify cost risks, propose mitigation measures, and support commercial negotiations. Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual requirements, and industry standards. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related fields. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in QS roles, preferably with exposure to precast building projects. Proficient in measurement, cost control, contract administration, and handling of VO/claims.
