Esh Officer (Building Projects) - Environmental, Safety & Health

A1 main contractor, delivering large-scale building projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. We are seeking a committed ESH Officer to support site safety operations and ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations. Responsibilities Assist in the implementation and enforcement of site Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH) policies and procedures Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations and guidelines from the Ministry of Manpower Singapore (MOM) and Workplace Safety and Health Council (WSHC) Conduct daily site inspections , identify hazards, and recommend corrective actions Support the preparation and review of Risk Assessments (RA) and Safe Work Procedures (SWP) Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to safety standards and environmental controls Assist in incident/accident investigations, including reporting and documentation Maintain proper records of safety inspections, permits, and statutory documents Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and site inductions for workers Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and relevant authorities on ESH matters Support emergency response planning and drills at site level Requirements Diploma/Degree in Environmental Health, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related discipline Registered Workplace Safety & Health Coordinator (WSHC) or Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM (preferred) Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in construction, preferably in building projects Good knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations and site safety practices How to Apply : Click Apply Now — or send your resume directly to Talent@BuildBridgePartners.com EA Details: EA Name: BuildBridge Partners Pte Ltd EA License No: 25C2918 EA Reg No: R1551092 – Khoo Yan Jie
