Review contract terms and support risk mitigation and compliance. Support tender evaluations, procurement, and subcontract negotiations. Assist with variation orders, progress claims, EoT submissions, and final accounts. Monitor project cost performance and prepare commercial reports. Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams on contract matters. Prepare and review contractual correspondence and documentation. Support and mentor QS team members where needed. Requirements Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related field. 8 years of experience in QS, contract administration, or commercial roles.
